I am not a huge fan of avo, I actually dislike it. I try and avoid it as much as I can. Something that I also dislike is the store bought salad dressing! So as Im on a journey of eating healthier. I decided to look for a recipe that is 100% natural and BAM! Easy to prepare and does not need a lot of ingredients!
Why am I torturing myself by eating something that I dont like? Well Avo has the following benefits:

With Heart-Healthy Monounsaturated Fatty Acids
Loaded With Fiber
Eating Avocados Can Lower Cholesterol and Triglyceride Levels
Healthy Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing
Serves: 1 cup
1 clove Garlic, peeled
cup roughly chopped cilantro
cup low-fat sour-cream or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice (or white vinegar)
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
teaspoon Kosher Salt
teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Place all the ingredients In a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Thin the salad dressing out with about ⅓ cup water (give or take) until it reaches a desired consistency.
Keep in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
